Cooper & Gray was born out of the need and desire to provide a high level of service and communications to Board Members and Owners in residential and commercial HOA, COA & POAs. We are a virtual boutique firm that is available when Owners are available. We work when you and your neighbors are at home or in the office, our office hours are 10am – 7pm, Mon., Tues, Thurs & Fri. Wednesdays are reserved for Property Inspections, Board Meetings and Office Administration.

Our Owner Frances Richards, has been in the Real Estate Industry, specializing in Property Management for over 25 years. She has honed her customer service skills, ability to provide an exceptional homeowner experience and knowledge while managing various types of properties. Her career has led her to manage World Headquarter Facilities for major corporations to high profile Government Facilities in the Atlanta area.
